Lab Results/X-Ray/Imaging Throacic and cervical back pain NSFW Spoiler

I (28f) woke up in so much pain about 2 months ago. Couldn't move my neck or arms and I had shooting pains down both arms. ED doctor decided it's muscular.

Second admission 14th Dec with increased pain, chest pain, sharp zaps all over upper body and tingling shooting down arms and in hands. ED doctor says they see nothing on my xray.

My GP reviews xray saying he seeing slight compression in c5-7 with mild bone spers and mild scoliosis. MRI ordered and physio gives exercises.

Christmas day i fell flat on my back and since then the pain has been worse. Last night I developed tingling in the genital area and loss of sensation in right thigh. ED doctor claims previous xrays are perfect.

I'd love a second opinion on my xrays please. I have photos of them and I swear I can see something. It's not bad but it's something that might explain my pain when they're trying to tell me it's all in my head
