Bike Stand Height
Just got a 2014 CRF250L. I’m looking to purchase a simple stand for it and I’m wondering what the best height is to ensure the front and back wheels are off the ground.
Thanks

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a seat cover for my CRF250M. I’m not after a comfortable seat or anything fancy, just something with a nice design to give my bike a fresh look and to protect the original seat from any further damage.
Preferably, I’d like to buy from somewhere in Europe to avoid customs hassles.
Does anyone know any good stores or websites where I can find something like this?

Hey guy! I recently bought a 2013 CRF 250L with just 8000km, (4970.97 miles), on it. I have to say that I already love the bike, however I did not notice that the bike has a lot of dirt and oil on the front side of the engine. It seems to me that the valve cover is leaking, or what do you guys think about it? Is this a common issue with the CRF? Or is ist just because the bike was mostly in the garage over the past 11 years?

Hello I have a 2017 Crf 250 Rally. Trying to plug in a SRF daylighter light bar. Plugged it in and have no power. I plugged in a USB adapter that I also just bought and no power to it. I checked the fuses and all seemed ok still not working. I went ahead and changed out every fuse on it. 2 larger 30 amps, 2 small 20’s and 6 10’s. Still no power on the accessory outlet. All other bike functions are fine and work great. Nothing appears nicked bunched up, pinched, or damaged that I can see. Thanks for the help.
This is my first single in years, so maybe in overreacting...
I find the engine to have significantly more vibration than I was expecting. At low revs it's comfortable but mid range the vibrations can be felt through the seat and bars. Nothing that's particularly uncomfortable just a bit unnerving. Seems to be better as you go up the gears, for instance 6th doesn't feel uncomfortable until I'm past 70 odd.
I've been wondering if my motor needs a rebuild or if it's normal for the CRF

When I bought my 2014 the previous owner had a lowering link installed in the rear and the front forks lowered to compensate. I’m fine with it as I’m a short rider as well and the current seat height feels just right BUT I noticed while trying to install my new windscreen mount (Zeta windscreen) there isn’t quite enough clearance to get the bar clamps in place because the front forks are now a cm or 2 above the stock position on the triple clamps.
My question is how much of an effect would repositioning the front forks to their stock height while leaving the lowering link in the rear installed affect the handling of the bike?
Just to note, I do mostly street riding with occasional gravel/dirt road rides. No real off-roading.
Is this a good idea or should I simply bail on the windscreen in favor of a more “level” positioning?

I'm looking and there are a gazillion options on Amazon, eBay, etc... Just wondering if any others are running any options that have worked well for you and passed the test of time.

Saw one of these bikes on marketplace with a different headlight so I messaged the guy and asked about it and he said it was a KTM 690 headlight with a h4 conversion kit to make it work. Anyone have any experience with an h4 conversion kit I'm struggling to find conversion kits online.

Hey everyone, might be a silly question but ill ask anyway.
I'm looking at getting the warp 9 SM set, but living in Australia we only ever got the ABS model. Warp 9 only offers a set for the abs model 2018+, just curious if this set will also fit on the 2017 model, as from what I know, I think the 2017 and 2018 are practically the same bike.
If it wasnt obvious I own a 2017 CRF250 RLA :)

Do I only notice because I have one, or is 2014 the absolute favorite model year on this sub?

A bit of a budget setup: Bags, case and racks all bought off of AliExpress. I purchased a windshield as well but having issues installing it without bar risers. So waiting for those to come in as well.
After that I’m hoping to get myself a MUCH larger fuel tank (Acerbis or IMS).

Just noticed these wires and plug ins tucked away when I brought her home for the first time. can someone please tell what they go to? Also there is this lock on the rear end which I’m not sure what it does. Thanks for any help! (Sorry if I’m asking an obvious question I’m new to all of this)

Someone cut my ignition wires and attempted to hotwire my bike, but didn't succeed. I took the headlight off and reconnected the cut wires but it wouldn't turn on. Not even the dash is lighting up. I checked all the fuses and nothing is popped. I took my ecu out and plugged it into my buddy's bike and his started right up so I know it's not that. I tired the trick with connecting the ignition wires together to get the dash to light up, and it worked on my buddies bike but not mine. I am completely lost and have no idea what to do. My buddy is getting a multimeter tomorrow but any ideas what I should when we get it?
