15 u/Archelector 1d ago Government crisis Scholz fired one of his ministers who was a member of a party he’s in coalition with so he no longer has a majority and in parliamentary systems you’re generally supposed to have a majority or form a majority to be in the actual government 1 u/Thangoman 14h ago From what I understand the minister was already starting to push the party away and Scholz just decided to get over it 2 u/Archelector 13h ago Yes it’s much more complex I just gave a basic rundown on it I really just hope AfD doesn’t get in govt
