Saw a story about the German president dissolving parliament, and was curious about the flag behind the German President. A quick search revealed the answer: the Standard of the German President!

Government crisis

Scholz fired one of his ministers who was a member of a party he’s in coalition with so he no longer has a majority and in parliamentary systems you’re generally supposed to have a majority or form a majority to be in the actual government
