False.

Project 2025, a blueprint for governing drafted by the conservative Heritage Foundation, does not specifically call for a “registry of pregnancies,” but it does call for existing federal agencies to collect more accurate data about abortion.

Hey, NYT? What would that accurate data about abortion LOOK LIKE?
