Just bought an SXR 1500 which came with a hitch hauler, but given the length and weight, looking to buy a trailer. Any suggestions on trailers that are set up well for stand ups?

Should I start with a really cheap second hand one or just cop a quality one eg 5k - 15k?

You’ve probably seen a couple of my posts regarding my Kawasaki ultra 310lx that has low compression and can’t start. But I thought id give a run down of everything about it and what was done, hopefully someone can help me out it will be very much appreciated.

Firstly, I bought this ski in October and it WAS running when I bought it, actually ran really well. It had low compression of approximately 90psi on 3 cylinders and the fourth had only 30psi.

Was told the headgasket needed replacing by the previous owner. After further inspection, and tests, I tried to flush water through the intercooler (without engine on), and water only stayed in the intercooler and did not flush as it should. Instead the water entered the 4th cylinder. Overall the exhaust and other parts had salt in them and they were cleaned. Replaced the headgasket with a new one, verified and fixed valve clearance, sealed bottom valves so no bubbles would leak in which they were before, Timed everything to TDC, camshaft and bottom where you turn the engine physically, checked head for warpage, new spark plugs, battery fully charged. Everything to specifications including headbolt tensioning etc.. fast forward to today im looking at 60psi across all 4 cylinders. I also put oil on top of the pistons when the head was taken off (6 times now lol) and they did not leak through. Previous owner tried to fix it himself and he didn’t seem to know what he was doing, I believe there’s something with the airflow, blocked or not put on properly. If anyone can give me some advice I would very much appreciate it, thank you for the help I have already received but I can’t understand what the issue is here.

Needing advise. Jet ski trailer was hit by another car and the ski slid down. I didnt realise till i got back home that it had slid down and was leaning to one side. This caused it to take damage on the left side it was leaning and now the fibreglass is showing. Is their any temporary solutions as i want to use it over the coming weeks and all the shops are closed? Will it be okay in the water for 3-5 days or not worth the risk?

I found this one on Facebook marketplace, has only been used in freshwater and comes with the trailer. it is running and has new upholstery. Got it down to $1300 is that a good deal?

Flipped my yamaha waverunner svho and turned it clockwise like the manual instructs but water is in the engine bay. Also making a weird vibrating noise when I parked it.

I run a small business out of my shop hydrodipping and painting plastic panels on all PWC’s. My prices are very fair and I got a decent turn around time. I can remove that textured look on all plastic parts and paint them to match OE.

I’ve heard Stabil. Anti seize on the plugs. Pull the battery and trickle charge.

Made a recent post about low compression on my Kawasaki 310lx . Timing was out slightly but readjusted timing perfectly to how it should be and reassembled everything. Still won’t start and 60 psi of compression across all cylinders. Please view the videos below and tell me what you think the issue is. It is getting fuel now. New headgasket and resealed valves I will add. I’m not sure if the off timing bent the valves while trying to crank

Hello, I am looking to purchase a Seadoo Spark and am currently looking at two different listings on marketplace. I was hoping someone could see the pictures and tell me at least visually if anything would be wrong with the skis. I just got this 2009 Yamaha Superjet. While I’m diagnosing the ski, I was trying to turnover the engine by hand at the coupler to see if I have a seized jet pump. Should this be doable by bare hands?

I had a very close encounter with a JetSki today while spearfishing.

They went directly over my head in 6m of water, I was shore diving and wasn’t far off the shore. The float was run over.

In my state it is 60m from float and 200 from shore.

The roads are claiming enough lives, please let’s keep the waters safe.

Having my atv posted for sale or trade for $5500. Guy offered me the jet ski to trade. Says it has 400 hours on it and the only things he’s had to do to it was replace the battery. Also has 2 speakers and a Bluetooth radio.

Is this worth trading? Hours too high?

It looks pretty good in his pictures. I checked Facebook market to see what others are asking for their ski but the only ones listed are the deluxe. I’ve never owned a jet ski.

I was riding in the harbor of Long Beach, the one where they have the Queen Mary Ship and the place where they launch the ferries to Catalina. The Seadoo was operating fine but then when i pressed the throttle, it lagged and went on as normal. I thought nothing of it but then a short time later, it stalled completely and white smoke began coming from the back. It was making a loud grinding noise and vibrating heavily. I was just barely able to get to the dock at 6mph with around 4100 rpm but anymore power and it would vibrate and grind horribly. any thoughts on what may have caused this? I am going to the dealership soon and I have comprehensive insurance.

I have a 2024 Yamaha superjet and recently got a Davit for it because the floating dock was too big. I raised it out of the water and set it on my dock on a towel. I am planning to get a dolly for it but it will take week or so to come in. Is it ok if I leave it sitting on the dock like that or will it damage it?

i just got this 2003 yamaha waverunner fx140 with like 888.6 hours or 263 it literally switches sometimes but i was starting it and it just didnt start it had a sound. what do i do?

Bought a rebuild kit for the injectors on my GTX, and the nozzle tip that came in the rebuild kit (blue) is different what came on the OEM port. Will this impact injector performance at all? I’m not exactly sure how these work, but I could see it potentially impacting the spray pattern into the cylinder.
