I only shot 500 rounds through my AR. I cleaned it after each use. The last time I cleaned it, I did a very Thorough clean job, meaning I even go deep as to removing fire pin and cleaning it.

I used the same ammo as before.

What should I do, which part of the gun is causing this issue?

Went shooting today, the rifle jammed up pretty good so I took it home to clean. After putting it back together I tested it and the charging handle went loose and I found the other piece to it a bit later.

If anyone has any decent ambidextrous charging handles in mind I'd love to hear about it.

Just got this Ranch Ar15 due to its Nys compliance two weeks ago and just found out work is offering for me to go to Utah so I took the opportunity. Now that i’m moving to a free state I gotta figure out if I’m keeping this monstrosity. Its got a lot of 2nd kind of cool to me. Its a pretty neat gun. But with what I could get for it I could get a nice AK or a Glock. Any opinions? Keep or ditch? Cool or lame?
