Daily Thread Daily Thread #1 - December 26, 2024

This daily thread is for all members who are pregnant after a previous pregnancy or infant loss. How are you?

We want to foster a sense of community, which is why we have a centralized place for most daily conversation. This allows users to post and get replies, but also encourages them to reply to others in the same thread. We want you to receive help and be there for others at the same time, if possible. Most milestones should go here, along with regular updates. Stand alone posts are Mod approved only and have set requirements.

I have an ultrasound at 930 this morning (in about 45 mins) to check for a heartbeat at 6 weeks 3 days. I know realistically that we may NOT see a heartbeat and that doesn't mean anything is wrong, but I am so nervous. Especially since my 2 year old will be in the room (daddy is working) and if there is no heartbeat I have to keep it together. Just hoping for good news and a heartbeat. Desperately.

We did! Saw and heard it! I go back for a repeat ultrasound in 2 weeks to make sure there is growth, but today was a good day!
