Anybody know when is the next special skill up x2 in global?

Not until it's announced, or we have a big event.

Now that we got the permanent skill up, I wouldn’t bank on it ever happening again. April fools might because historically April fools has varying boost rates through the day (on global, not sure about japan) but on japan since they got the permanent boost they’ve gotten 100\% skill up like maybe 5 times at most and that was over a year ago I believe. No x2, x3, x4, etc at all.
