As a new player is it worth it to do the head start sugo ? Or should I just save all my gems for whatever the next big sugofest is

The headstart sugo is outdated, you should save up for new events. If you can, you should do 5 multis on part 2 of Kaido vs Big Mom (it arrives on march 31st).
