The only Collo Unit I have is okiku, what would be the best two units to focus on maxing out next from the new Recollection event?

Depends on your goal, really. If you're new and you don't have kizuna kid, colo kid is great! Enel is amazing, Neptune, Morley, Hody. There's really a ton, I'd recommend looking up a legit tier list and farming one by one going from there. If you need two specifically, try finding a missing link in one of your teams that you really need to clear something, and go after that unit that provides what you need.
