As long as you are using decent units, comparing stats will only be a concern for the greatest difficulty of content, so you don’t really need to worry about ATK, HP, and RCV most of the time, with the exception of upgrading of upgrading your units with Limit breaking and cotton candy.

Your main concern with deciding which units to use that work under a captain ability should be their specials, deciding what to use dependent on the content.

If you really want to compare stats you can just sort in your box using the ATK, HP, and RCV sorting orders.
