On japan did they gradually add units to the archive like with lb/support batches? Because I recall somebody saying all colo units are available by now but that’s definitely not the same on global so should I expect them in batches?

Missing colos in global are the same with jp. Surely the one who said that just didn't realize that, maybe given their rare usability.

Just to be totally clear, the same as japan currently or the same as japan when the archive was added?

Just trying to be totally sure that we’ll eventually get like colo gladius or musshuru or whatever eventually.
