I want to summon on Kaido vs Big Mom since i've been shafted hard on anniversary, but currently i've got only 134 stones, for you guys it's possible to reach 250 in order to do at least 5 multis?

The other response is right that the new rookie (and the 2 not rookie) missions will arrive, but today if you haven’t already make sure to rush the current rookie missions just in case you haven’t beat them because they’ll be gone forever.

Thanks both guys. Yes, i have already done the copperman, i started with Roger/Oden supersugofest, i still need to do a lot of Coloseum and raids, same with training forest. The only content i can't complete right now are Garp challenges, but i guess it's normal since they are endgame content, i just hope i can get 100 stones when part 2 arrives, i think i can do all the chopperman in no-time at least until intermediate missions.

It is possible, rookie chopperman missions will arrive soon and they'll give out gems. I recommend you to pull on part two (march 31st), since it'll include the anniversary legends as well as Kaido Mom.
