Where to get guiding key? I need one for limit break shanks crew

As Ranking Reward in TM (NW only) or from Ranking events like blitz battle.

I can't get it from garp challenge? Cause it said so from the game

That’s only silver keys (for rare recruits). You need gold keys in order to LB+ legends.

Gotten already gave the info but I’m gonna say you probably don’t need it as lb+ is still just extra for legends and not necessary. Also it’s extremely lb expensive so without being in new world, it’ll be very hard to have the materials necessary.
