TLDR - you don't have the characters to remove damage immunity. Damage immunity dispellers are not good.

Definitely pull up to the 5th for KaidoVSBigMom. Characters that you have no use for (not likely), you trade in for Rayleigh Points. Copies of characters with good support abilities, you feed into the final form of that character (5☆ or 6☆).

There's 8 characters that can dispel that damage immunity and they're not ideal to have to clear this content. You have to KO the boss within 2 turns before it gives itself the damage immunity.

If you insist in trying to get those dispellers, here are the ones that you can possibly have:

• v2 Raid Blackbeard

• TM Jack the Drought

• TM Garp

• RR Senor Pink

Adding any one of these into your Kizuna PSY team takes away a buffer slot for your party.
