I have been searching YouTube over for the past week and tweaked a bit corresponding with my box.

so I guess just search YouTube and there's plenty of videos with the supposed mentioned legends of yours. For example bullet team easily clears all STR variations. Shanks crew for qck psy with or without Roger FC. FC Kaido all Dex and V1 6+ katakuri for all INT variations. Just change the subs in according to your box.

But I don't have Kaido or Roger, also, I was interested to know which captain is better among my units which I can revolve my team around.

Sorry, I didn't know you were a new player..but shanks crew, bullet(6+ him soon from unlovable island),v2 super type katakuri, snakeman BB etc should be your top priority. As far Garp challenge well you need to go ham on this Roger, oden fest or anniversary in Feb to to build up a lot of missing rare recruits thus Garp challenge will take time but don't it's a RPG in different sort of game where you build units over time.
