I would reroll, we have the process in the pinned comment. Starting out with some the better units will make your life easier.

At least now you've the best healer and the best delayer in the game, still, I advise you to pull more to get better units since there can't be a team for everything in this game.

I used Lucy (which trust me you'll get sooner or later) to clear most of contents thanks to him being [STR/DEX/QCK] captain but once I got better units, I started making more specilized teams since harder contents requires special matchups and mechanics, just used your highest rarity units for now and don't do any mission beyond 4* or else you lose.

Yes! We call it banner and one of the best ones is up now. Idk if you are into rerrolling accs but if you are you should focus on getting Roger!

If you arent, thats ok, the pulls you posted before are good to a starters account. Bobbin is one of the most useful units in the game and i use him constantly.

I never played dokkan but i guess they are very similar in the way of "collect them all" type of gacha game, i wouldnt advise you to sell any of the characters you pull just now. Get to know the game a little more and you will understand which characters are useful to keep and wich ones you can sell/trade :)
