Best legends to lb expand? I ranked high enough to get 3 gold keys and wondering which to expand.

Also got many silver keys which RR are the best to expand?

Vivi/becca was a MUST for me since I wanted to complete doffy 2 and revo 2 garp challenges.

if you dont NEED it to clear content, none yet. literally a waste of lb mats. if you sit on 999x of every mat, go for it tho. anything that gets cd reduction is good in general.
