Definitely Shanks Crew is your best captain,they're just ridiculous.

For subs,it's always a tough call because it really depends on content and what it does. But that QCK pudding, or Montdor on team should help you beat a lot of content.

Do any of the legis i got synergize well with him? Except doffy

I guess Snakeman? For some more firepower on final bosses. If you manage to superevolve Rayleigh he would be good too(and use him instead of Pudding),but unfortunately the rest of legends aren't that good.

Also when you have Shanks Crew as captain be sure to swap them pretty often,their swap effect is busted.

Dex or Int rayleigh?

At the moment dex (v2) doesn’t have a super evolution on global so I’d assume they meant int (v1) Ray.
