Shanks Crew should be your main captain and Snakeman can still clear a lot of contents too.

V2 Kuzan and PSY Hina for Shanks crew. For orb booster, you can use QCK Pedro. He is a 1.75x ATK and orb booster. Make sure you use Kuzan's special before using his. Then you just add utility units to deal with other gimmicks.

Edit: replace Pedro with QCK Sengoku. He is much better.

Shanks crew and V2 Rayleigh as your main units. Then you can add V1 Kuzan, Snakeman, and V1 Akainu. Not the best team but it is the best in your box. If you can super evolve QCK Doffy, you will have a great unit for rumble. It costs a lot of TM tickets though. Try to farm invasion to get skulls to evolve V1 Kuzan and V1 Akainu. You will get better stats.

Is the crew cap always 300? Should i use always 5 legis instead of 6-8 characters? Btw thanks alot for helping me :)

Always cap at 300. Some RR or F2P units are good but I don't see any in your box unfortunately. If you have good rumble units, you can swap out a legend for a couple units.

New crew https://imgur.com/gallery/lmOsuNu I ve built my new crew now. With time I am gonna superevolve doffy, kuzan and sakazuki for rumble. Would it work to combine these 3 with shanks crew and rayleigh dex (+6 in the future)? Also thanks alot mate.

Edit: Just pulled Luffy/Law. Can i incorporate them in?

Edit 2: New team 2.0. Since i pulled luffy/law http://imgur.com/gallery/4ZbldP1 Is it better? Statswise it certainly is.

Yes, second team is better. The rumble is OK. Doffy only boosts slasher and driven so he won't boost Kuzan and Rayleigh. The best replacement would be 6+ Kizaru and Carrot but you can only work with what you have.
