This will be the best sugo until Christmas probably , if I was you I'd go ham on any of the banners, the difference from the jp one is insane, the amount of legends you get from it are unreal

Solid box, but id still pull more since the rates are super amazing, and the steps are super amazing, so many 2019 legend only plus 1s and rate up legend plus 1s. Id definitely aim for vivi rebecca if shes rated up on any of the parts as she is the best sub in the game even still in Japan, sabo koala would be a nice grab as well as shanks crew as he is still one of the best.

But all there characters are not rated up. Except of Shanks crew that is rated up on the worst banner.
