We just had the "100% Super up" Event is there an event like this for potential abilities, or can I just fuse my tablets and hope for the best?

There is no such event. And in case you ask, there is no such event for support medals either.

Whats the best place to farm Cotton Candy?

Probably colosseum, but idk which one is the best.

Also I don't have Chopper Is there anyone else increasing the drop rate besides him?

Well you can use Buggy that guarantees you a duplicate drop, but he has a much weaker multiplier and he could duplicate a drop that is not cotton candy. And of course there are other drop duplicators, but Buggy is the only one who guarantees it. I wouldn't recommend though because it doesn't work well with 2x stamina as the duplicated drop won't be doubled.

Am I going to be able (as a new player) to farm over x999 of the small shards for LBs when the next TM is around? I did pull for Chopper and Nami!

The drop rates are not THAT great. I don't think you can farm that much. Especially if you are in a lower league. Also Chopper and Nami have nothing to do with this. They will only help you with points which might give you a higher rank and thus better rank rewards, but the difference in rank rewards is not that big in terms of materials.

What classes do DBL units count towards? Let's take Vivi & Becca. Their DBL classes are the same as in Becca's form. But Vivi is Free spirit. Am I going to recieve buffs on this unit for Free Spirit class? Like What is the actual rule here?

They count as the classes they are in their dual form. So Vivi/Rebecca will be cerebral/striker and won't receive any benefit that a Free Spirit would. Also in case you didn't know (I see this being asked a lot), dual units are colorless. They don't receive any benefit from type boosters.

Do I need to get top 500 or top 5000 for champ. qualification? I actually can not find this information ingame but I'm pretty sure a content creator talked about it.
