I know he is a rainbow captain but if you could pick the perfect rainbow team for the new super type python luffy what would it be? Next question, how about the best str team?

Teambuilding doesn't work that way. You need to mention the content you want to beat. There is no single team that can beat most hard quests. Easy quests? You can probably do whatever characters have highest ATK stat and just auto.

This really depends on the content you wanna clear because that'll determine how much utility you can put into the team. But if its pure damage you're looking for, I think best STR team would look something like this:

v2 Snakeman | V2 Snakeman

v3 Akainu | V3 Sabo

V1 Katakuri | Yonji (w/ support Ichiji)

Team would have 5x attack from snakeman captains, 2.25x attack and 1.75x conditional from akainu, 2x affinity and +1.0 chain from sabo, 1.75x conditional from katakuri, and Yonji would give tap timing bonus and support ichiji for the delay. Damage would only be maximized on a stage without immunity and with increased damage taken tho for Ichiji support to trigger.

Oh and I forgot to add the orb boost from snakeman too on top of the supertype.
