what would be the most efficiente use of the x3 ship rn to farm with double cpt. jack to farm pirate lvl?

I think character recruitment quests are very effective. It was 28k with Hoe ship and 2x Jack per 10 stamina. If you don't need sockets you could farm GPU for ray points.

Turtle quests are also very good for exp and they wont fill up your box so you can keep retrying until your stamina runs out

If you really want to level up and waste a shitload of stamina, double jack and boosted ship for the rookie exp missions.
