While all content in the game cannot be beaten by one team, you can create generic damage teams that can beat a lot of stuff. But in order to have the easiest team building scenario you’d have to share all your units 4* and up in rarity, and sorting by type or favorite is easier for us to navigate through because the order is most consistent that way.

Your best captains are probably luffy/zoro, kaido or Psy Law. Check what their captain abilties are, which classes they boost and look for units in your box that synergize. You usually want a units with a special that boost orbs, one that boosts atk and additional damage increasing specials like type booster, chain increasers or lockers. Then you want someone who can manipulate orbs to change orbs to matching. Very importantly, you also need utility, so bind/despair/paralysis/defense/damage threshold/... reducers. All of this heavily depends on the content that you want to beat, because sometimes you need a despair reducer, sometimes a paralysis reducer, sometimes you cannot boost orbs, so an orb booster won't help etc. That's why nobody wants to tell you to use one specific team for everything. Generally you can use kaido for a lot of easy content as he just kills everything with his end of turn damage, which will be enough for most of the story mode and also many raids, easy garp challenges etc. It's convenient but it's also kind of boring. Luffy/zoro and psy law (one of my favourite legends) are great legends and also beat end game content (with the right subs of course). If you need help for something specific, post again with a specific question and your box (sorted by type, that makes it easier and also show all your units, not only legends).
