Everyone goes to every block, the top 5k of each block go to the championship, everyone else to exhibition. The top 5k of each block isn’t exclusive, so someone can take up multiple spots of the championship by being top 5k in multiple blocks.

So their are people currently in A B and C block and after 2 days we will be going into either exhibition or championship?

No, after this everyone goes to B Block, then after that everyone goes to C Block. Then it’s exhibition/championship.
