But is it only for rate booster legends? How can i get luffy or kata there??

I believe you are asking about the 6th multi that has a 6x legend rate. That multi isn’t promising 6 rated up legends or something, what it does is increase the rate of getting a red poster by twice what all the other pulls are (this sugo is a x3 legend rate sugo, so a poster is three times more likely to be a red than usual; for the 6th multi each poster is instead 6x more likely to be a red than usual). The posters on the 6th multi are not guaranteed to be rate boosted legends, they could be anything. You could even be extremely unlucky and somehow get no reds.
