Why is garp challenges reset until Nov. 9? Don’t they reset every month??, they literally skipping October? Or does it still refresh on october

It happened at the same timeframe on JP too,because of (at the time) anni. I guess because of all the other gems you'll be getting from events they left it out,and Global just follows suit.

So yes,they are skipping October.
