Is it just me, or the ambush on the 11☆ Kaido raid isn't triggering?

I haven't been trying the raid, but I know it isn't a 100% invasion rate. How many clears have you done?

Today I did 5 clear and 0 ambush. Yesterday I did like 20 runs and 20 ambush...

I had about ~ 70% ambush rate
