Hi So I was playing the game after successfully pulling in the sugofest , managed to get kaido (after spending $170 ) and was doing a forest of training and my phone died for good

Is there any possibility of me getting my gems and progress back ? I didn't backup at the time

Oh, sorry, I missed the part that said your phone died for good. You need a backup code/SNS to transfer the data afaik. If someone else knows another way, they can help you, but that would most likely involve contacting support with as much information about your account as you can remember as a hail mary.

There may also be ways to get the data off your dead phone.

If you bought gems, you should have gotten a mail confirming the purchase from google play or itunes or whatever, contact bandai support with that info and they'll help you recover your account.
