I have 10k ray points, which character should i super-evolve? I was more inclined towards doffy http://imgur.com/gallery/cVeRwwd

Doffy has charecter specific skulls and his are only available in the Tresure Map Shop not in rays shop

If your focused on pvp then id go for inu or kizaru otherwise i dont know i haven't seen does units used in a long time

Never buy skulls from the Ray shop. You can farm them. There are better things to use your Ray points on (like the LRR ticket)

They drop in ambushes. These are quests that you can go in after clearing a clash (has to be one of the weekly clashes on its highest difficulty with 8* or higher difficulty). You go in with the same team. Currently there is ambush Whitebeard which is very easy as well.

Though skulls have low rates, it's still better to farm them and use your RP on something else.

Typically you just save the skull until you need to evolve a unit to clear something important. If you plan on doing PVP, then Doffy 6+ is an amazing unit.
