No direct replacement. Vivi & Rebecca is a good replacement due to the colour infinity in their special. Bobbin can remove DEF up and give 3 matching orbs, but he is not as not damage wise.

Have none of those 2 sadly, I guess I'll have to stick to the 40 stamina stage. With a bit of luck I:ll manage to scrap from the ranking the last gems needed for the all red multi.

Use some almighty manual if you have any. You don't have to max his special. Just several levels up to help the stalling.
