I don't think you can beat the 50 stamina one because your units are not maxed in special and sockets.

You can try this team for 30 stamina I built by imagination. You need to evolve and level up your units first though.

FC: Shanks & Crews - - - - Luffy & Zoro

Higuma - - - - PSY Carina

Vivi & Rebecca - - - - PSY Carrot

Stage 1 and 2: Stall and collect as many Wano orbs as you can. Leave stage 2 with Shanks out. Try to save a matching orb on him.

Stage 3: Switch Shanks to Crews and try to kill sea stallion and Higuma in 1 turn. Switch Crews to Shanks and kill the rest accordingly next turn.

Stage 4: Switch Shanks to Crews. Switch Vivi & Rebecca. You can switch Luffy & Zoro to get a Wano orb as well. Use Carina's special. If Higuma is INT, use your Higuma special. Otherwise, use in the final stage. Try to kill Higuma in 1 turn.

Boss stage: Switch Crews to Shanks and use their special. Switch the rest dual units and use all specials. Hit perfect to kill. Last hitter should be Shanks & Crews.

I don't think Luffy & Zoro's manual is available so you can use almighty manual if you have some spare. The manual for Carina and Carrot should be in one of the PSY manual islands. Those islands won't be available until tomorrow.

Try to stall using Vivi & Rebecca's switch to see whether you can stall for the specials. It costs 0 stamina for the first complete so you can retry if you fail.

Edit: feed them forbidden tomes as well. You need Anti Despair, Auto Heal, Charge specials, and Damage reduction. Bind is not needed for this mission but you need keep it.
