Stampede Luffy dupes. He is even worth limit breaking/Support? I got a bunch of dupes on the Shanks Banner.

Limit Break: INT damage reduction, Pinch Healing, Slot Bind

• INT dmg is meh most of the time

• Pinch Healing, low RCV stat

• Slot Bind is nice but pretty niche

Support, I think Snakeman would be used over him everytime.

Unless you have a ton of tablets lying around, I'd probably not fully limit break his abilities. As for his support ability, you're right, if you have Snakeman then there's a 0% chance you'd ever use Stampede Luffy.

Limit break: yes. Support: No. Snakeman's support is much better.
