From that infinite reroll Strawhat Banner, are Gear Four Luffy (it's last evolution is Snakeman) and Germa Kingdom Sanji, are they good things?

Aside from that I managed to pull the Sabo/Koala, Wano Luffy/Zoro, Dogstorm/Cat Viper, Cavendish, Pirate King's Arch Nemsis Garp, Serious Battle Charlotte Katakuri, Germa Kingdom Second Son, Vinsmoke Niji, Strawhat Reunited Luffy, Jack as the five stars from early pulls.. This seems like a lot of 5 stars, but not sure.

The QCK Gear 4 Luffy is the good one yes, V1 Nami is also pretty good, but Germa Sanji ain't unusable. Your other legend pulls are pretty good, the standouts are SaboKoala, LuffyZoro & Jack. I personally think Jack is one of the best legends especially early. Your pulls could be better though, especially right now Rerolling it's definitely easy to snag a Shanks Crew along with the other free goodies. Up to you at the end of the day though.

there are a lot of good sources of free gems right now huh? Well I'll see if I can get shanks crew with everything I get I suppose and if not I'll reroll perhaps

Yeah Garp challenges give a ton nowadays. But for new accounts you can farm through story mode for 200+ gems
