As a general tip, try to use the units with 6* rarity as captains as they usually have the best captain abilities, and don't forget to see the kind of units they boost, for example, that Sabo/Koala unit boosts all Cerebral and Free spirit units, while your Big Mom boost can boost everyone but only if there is one of each of the color types in your team.

Edit: Here is a team with your units that should be able to beat a good number of content. Also, don't forget to favorite your unique characters so you don't accidentally lose them.

Other people are right that you will need to build teams around specific content but most old stuff is super easy by modern standards so you can use teams based purely around dealing damage. So for generic teams that will definitely need changing, here’s a team:

Sabo/koala | Sabo/koala

Onami | bobbin

V2 Ray | legend pudding

I kinda just put pudding there as a beatstick (high enough attack stat). Sabo and koala boost free spirit and cerebral which was the focus, and their swap ability boosts color affinity (str does more against dex, less against Qck, and the rest of the type effectiveness). So ideally you’ll go into the boss ready to swap into what you’ll need for the boss. Sabo/koala for attack boost and color affinity (and matching if relevant), nami for def down and def down conditional boost, bobbin for utility (dealing with buffs and debuffs), Ray for chain lock and orb boost (also matching if relevant), and pudding for stats mostly but maybe she’ll be useful(? I’m not sure, she can easily be swapped out as she’s not really adding much to this team).
