As a basically f2p (only bought the 3 10 gems + free pull packs), I can let go the different treatment between jpn and glb, I can let go the way worse rates on legends and the "weird" order of content release.
But I cannot accept the fact that two units of the same rarity, released in the same batch, have so different rates. I mean, Carrot 3% while Kanjuro 0.8%? And the latter should have been banner boosted! At least let me know beforehand!
Same thing for legends, no wonder last 3 were old dupes and my most recently released one is PSY Law, if we have 7 times more chances to pull every "first gen" legend rather than Inuarashi. This is simply unacceptable, I don't think I'll pull again without having the exact rates.
