I'm sure the Venom + having to fight those two will make Luffy be hurt for a few days, like usual.

Poison resistance =/= poison immunity

Also maybe important, though I'm not convinced of the mechanics of this, BUT this being a devil fruit ability and Luffy being Joyboy would mean it's possible he can null the affects through Haki.

Again not sure if that's how devil fruit power nullification works since this would be like nullify the magma fruit lol

With the MADS cover story I would say there is a non-zero chance a reunion with Reiju is on the horizon anyways

Not all poison is the same though. I don't think Luffy would have built up an immunity to Gorosei Mythical-Spider-Poison because he's never encountered anything like it.
