This and bringing back old characters into the story without it feeling forced. Wapol, Sir Crocodile, all the giants and so many more

Yeah, good point. It helps that he makes those cover stories, so we actually see that character's progress.

I remember being a younger reader and finding a collection of all the cover story arcs and it was such a fun read.

Are there any YouTubers out there who make summaries of cover stories? I literally forgot every cover story.

the one piece wiki has pretty solid summaries of all the cover stories.

I don't know any that do, but the wiki keeps track of the stories.
