Kizaru might be having a dilemma about the situation but that line of cutting them together was too cold and cruel.

Yeah, Kizaru is definitely not switching side on this arc. Maybe he will at some point, but this chapter seals he won't change right now.

I was hopeful a few chapters ago, but it's not happening. He obeyed orders seconds after Vegapunk was mortally wounded.

It wasn’t a gunshot, so give it the benefit of doubt.

Oda has begun to kill off named characters. Izo and Ashura Doji got killed. Orochi is also gone. And a few of the satellite were also killed. Considering it's the endgame it seems like survival isn't as certain as it used to be.

hes clearly pulling his punches. guy stops for no reason just to tell them hes going to slice them at the same time, and then stares at Luffy punching him in the face.

Reminds me of Fujitora "technically" not disobeying the WG by holding off the bird cage instead of beating Mingo by himself.

Its not like kizaru expected luffy to run through the air, and then through the deadly barrier to stop him.

yeah, Kizaru isn't one to gloat before striking. He seems like he's been stalling the whole arc. Or at least that's what the copium makes me believe.

I honestly see him as some sort of Garp character. He’s got two choices, help friends/family or do your job. But while Garp chose to do as little as possible instead of doing his job and killing his grandchild, Kizaru chooses to do his job no matter how much it pains him.

I'll wait for the Kizaru Kuzan meetup, there's still hope in my imagination

I still think Oda’s setting the stage for Imu being exposed to the world to have a seismic impact on character allegiances.

Because maybe Saturn has eyes on him? I think Saturn is stronger than Kiazru (if he can catch him)
