Hey there, the best remedy for worry is for you to bring your attention fully into the present. Now is the only time there is. There is no 'future'. Just a series of moments in the 'now'. The past is just a series of memories.
Everything you think of as 'the future' happens in the now. No exceptions. So all you have to focus on is dealing with what is in front of you. Respond to the needs of the moment.
By all means plan for the future and do what needs doing to help set yourself up for success.
Rest assured that as you face each moment, whatever you need for that meoment will be there. You will find your way. Have faith in that.
Every time your mind strays into the future or the past bring it back to 'the now'. A way to do this is to pause and connect with one of your senses. Then look at what needs doing now. Maybe something. Maybe nothing. You have to be present to see what is needed.
Only look back into the past or consider the future if its to solve specific problems, e.g. like setting up your plans for 'the future'. The rest of it, the doing and living, all happens in the 'now'. Keep your attention there and you will know what to do.
If you are into reading, a good book that might help as well is The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle
