I just turned 40 and got in the best shape of my life this year! But you’re right, don’t wait. I had a bad accident at 31 and it’s been a long battle. Take advantage of your youth and stay in shape. I was not in good shape when it happened so it’s taken a lot longer to recover and more difficult to stay disciplined with diet and exercise routine.

Second best time to plant a tree is today and all that (I try to tell myself as someone who is pushing 40 haha).
