My first time butchering whole chickens
Whole chicken was on sale, so I bought two, but I live alone, so I needed to prep. Breasts and thighs were deboned, meat was portionned, some frozen for later.

Old school butcher here. You did well. Shocking, nowadays so many folks are helpless when it comes the geometry and breaking down of meat. I still make it a point to buy a whole chicken on grocery day. The pricing is hard to beat. The breast quarter can not be found in the stores anymore because of the popularity of wings.
