Black folks aren’t monolithic, we do have different opinions (even bad ones) that vary from person to person.

His POC support is religious conservative homophobes and/or toxic masculinity misogynists.

His female support are white supremacists and homophobic evangelicals.

His gay support is white supremacist frat boy gays.

Hating the "right" people is a powerful drug, makes people blind to being tokens stacked for spending.

You forgot money. The more black people are able to gain upward mobility the more those black people vote with their bank accounts. Within that group are a lot of “I did it so, these n****s on the streets are just lazy and hide behind racism.”

Being a republican is the ultimate way to distance yourself from “them” and they believe their money with protect them.

I live in Atlanta so there's plenty of black folks with plenty of money. No idea how common the Republican voters are in that crowd. The Cascade road Old POC money is the Democrat machine that runs the city.
