What is the most depressing game on PS2?

Upvotes

There are a lot of PS2 games, and here I am asking about the most depressing game you have played on it.

It's depressing in terms of the story, the world, or even the characters.

What game doesn't deserve it's hype or being called "masterpiece"?

I know I'll be hated for that, but anyway. Metal Gear Solid V The Phantom Pain. First of all, I have to mention that I've completed it 2 times and spent about 140 hours in game. The gameplay in game is awesome, really, I don't know any other game with such detailed stealth and abilities, but the main problem for me is STORY. It just doesn't make feel something and It makes me feel void inside me after completing it. I think if the story was like in Ghost Recon Wildlands, but had the same gameplay, I think it would be better. Maybe sounds strange but snyway. Cause why I have to listen to all these cassettes to get the final mission, which is just a replay of the prologue and the main villain isn't memorable. The Skullface face just feels like a blank, he appears a few times and then he just dies. It's stupid. I know that it's like in Far Cry series, but in FC villains had their own charisma and style, while The Skullface doesn't have neither of them. In total I'd like to say that mgs5 isn't a bad game. It's quite good, especially cause of the peak gameplay, but the mid story just disappoints me. So I just can't understand why people call it "masterpiece". Btw, there some other moments why I hate mgs5, but they aren't so important for me as the problem of the story.

Do you have a game/games that you wanna play, but you delay and delay doing it?

I just don't know how to call it, but I just can't finish some games because of nothing. Yeah, I know it sounds strange, but it's real. For example, I really like Alan Wake and Deus Ex Human Revolution, but I just can't finish them because of nothing. So it's just interesting to me to know, are there any people who have the same problem.

White Whale Access the full version of Snail Mail (2004)

Hello,

I wanted to make a playthrough of Snail Mail that was released in 2004 to wrap up 2024 on my YouTube channel, but I ran into a problem. I can't access the full version.

  1. It's no longer possible to buy Snail Mail as Sandlot Games has shut down.

  2. I can't find a pre-activated version on the internet.

  3. The registration code doesn't work anymore as Snail Mail prevents me from using it (49066-0457-0000-0000-0000-7752-09)

How could it be possible to experience Snail Mail to its full potential? Can anyone help me find a way to get to the full game? I don't want the full game of Snail Mail to be lost media.

Desperately looking for a game

Are there any slice-of-life games, dating sims, AI-powered or something like that in the anime aesthetic? Like the peaceful MiSide mode that people think it will be.

Despairs and needs of a retard like me

Game i can sink a lot of hrs

Hello, as title says, I rly need a game i can sink a lot of hours into.

My history:I bought elden ring few days ago and fell in love w it. I have like 15hrs in hollow knight-so u can say j have phases for it. Ac odyssey abt 22hours and like to get back every 5-6mpnths.

Games i dont like:I tried rdr2, but it is kinda slow and I dont like style of it. Also i tried many games for example Ac origins, played 10hrs of gta V.

Most hours: most hours i got are from multiplayer competitives like fortnite(1k+hrs) and rocket league(~500). For the record i didnt like cs altought j played it

Any recommendations are welcome, keep in mid that i have 25 euros on steam, so if it isnt problem keep that in mind. If you have any fps games where you can lay on ur chair and just go around map and kill would be appreciated. Thankss

Archero 2 / TapTap

Question for all you gamers. I am in the US and would like to play Archero 2, but apparently it doesn't come out until January 10 through Google Play. Apparently you can download TapTap and download it through there. My question is do you think TapTap is safe and is it easily deleted once the game comes out and I can download from the Google Play Store?

What are your best sport fitness games (non VR) to have a routine for a better health ?

Hello,

With the hearty meals in this festive period I’m wondering what are the best non-VR games to have a better sportive health or even lose a little weight ?

For me it’s obviously Ring Fit Adventure but I play and have fun also to :

Wario Ware Move It on Switch

Punch Out on Wii (a great game and underrated at that time imo)

Switch Sports/Wii Sports of course (classic)

Mario and Sonic Tokyo Olympics 2020

Grand Slam Tennis on Wii (a good tennis game)

So I search games with “gamification” of sports and fitness and not pure fitness games.

Have you any recommandations or sharing for less known games like that ?

Many thanks.

Need a game recommendation for a simple adventure/puzzle game

My little sister (7f) is obsessed with playing It Takes Two on the Nintendo switch. The problem is that no one else in the house really enjoys playing with her, and I don't particularly enjoy spending 2-3 hours at a time playing a game with someone who can barely move the character and the camera at the same time. Are there any switch games with a similar style to It Takes Two, but better suited for people who have never played a video game before? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

why can't I improve my gaming skills?

I have been playing games since my childhood. I played a lot of games like from vice city, igi, tomb rider, paladins, pubg to Valorant.

one thing I noticed is im losing my skills. Im no pro player, but I'm consistently playing Valorant, but idk what is it age or my technique I'm not improving, infact im slowly losing it. im 26.

Does anyone else feel the same way? I love games and its somehow connected to my childhood, so seeing this makes me feel bad.

Hey guys, Which game do you all find better. Hell let loose or delta Force. Yes delta is free so why not. But I want to see how many prefer one over the other and why?
