living in the kitchen causing health problems?

male 18 years old Mexican 180cm or 5'10 and weigh 83kg 182lbs i take melatonin to sleep and don't smoke

me and my family moved to a new house some months ago it only has one room which my mom shares with my sister and i ended up putting my bed in the kitchen/dining room. recently as far as 2 weeks ago whenever i enter my room/kitchen and the stove is on i feel a sudden hardness at breathing, exhaustion, and head aches, i feel totally fine outside or anywhere else no matter how hot it is but in my room i just suddenly i lose all my energy and strength.

Yeah, your symptoms are very likely caused by carbon monoxide poisoning. Ventilate a LOT when you are in that room and the stove is doing its thing. Carbon monoxide tends to stay down near the ground. 'mysterious' cases of people found dead, apparently in their sleep, are often caused by carbon monoxide.

Very dangerous position to be sleeping in next to a gas stove. You need either a well ventilated room with a high place to sleep, or a well-ventilated room without a gas stove right next to you. Preferably the latter.
