if they scream that theyre down to kill you/others, all evidence points to a genuine threat, yes you are free to protect yourself and others, and if person dies from a reasonable justified force, that should not retroactively dismiss you acted in self defense. Not rocket science, and dont gaslight about legitimate violent felons

> reasonable justified force

Okay but hold on now, so the guy screeching threats, I have him down, I choke him for several minutes until he stops moving, right? And now everyone around me is telling me I'm going to kill him, and I just keep going. That's okay? When literally everyone around me can see that he is dying, I can keep going? And that is reasonable?

that was not what happened with Penny, no one thought Neely was going to die and eye witnesses commended him, as soon as people were telling Penny he was out, one of the guys assisting Penny clarified hes not applying pressure, just holding him, and Penny got up, same passenger who was saying to ease up and hes good commended Penny and said “You did good, hes gonna be alright. No one thought Neely wasnt going to make it, and reports to police described as much. the average 30 year old wouldnt have died from that

funny how no one who made the initial police report, eye witness interview or captured on the video felt Penny broke the law

Yeah, that's why I'm satisfied, I can now safely and comfortably replicate his actions?

Sure, I can definitely try! And I will, as frequently as possible. Lots of gormless old fucks out there who shouldn't be sharing our oxygen and none of them can operate a shopping trolley
