The assistant principal is getting charged, the cop is probably getting a promotion.

it took a year to charge her and she was working in another school, hence the cop wont face any real consequence.

Iā€™d be curious if the cop is vulnerable to a civil lawsuit if there is now a legal record that they helped attempt to sabotage this individuals life. I hope so.

Probably not. I'm guessing he is the first cop to plant a vape on a middle school child, I hope so anyway. He would get qualified immunity for sure.
