The assistant principal is getting charged, the cop is probably getting a promotion.

it took a year to charge her and she was working in another school, hence the cop wont face any real consequence.

I’d be curious if the cop is vulnerable to a civil lawsuit if there is now a legal record that they helped attempt to sabotage this individuals life. I hope so.

Probably not. I'm guessing he is the first cop to plant a vape on a middle school child, I hope so anyway. He would get qualified immunity for sure.

The cop will go on to murder dogs and harass civilians.

7

u/2317 20d ago

That's not fair. It's a possibility that he could murder the civilians too.

Not just possible, unfortunately very likely

Kid's college just got paid for and then some. IDK how they got that audio, but fucking good on them. I actually bought a nice small digital recorder some time ago when my grandma was dealing with issues in a post-surgery rehab center.

What about the cop? He first suggested it. I bet they are kicking themselves in the ass for not taking away the students phones.

So some people get pissed about petty theft or robbing a store or getting high on the street....that doeant bother me, thats just people on hard times.

This, this bothers me. This is "evil". Not poor people using violence to get food.

This world is a messed up place, but not for the reason many say.

Is this a hate crime as well?

Didn't see anything. Was it a minority? I mean, I can probably guess it was.

That is absolutely outrageous and must have been some type of vendetta.

It's amazing how many teachers are the pieces of shit kids have always told their parents they are

But why, though? What year is it? These people are so obsessed with Marijuana crimes that they plant evidence on kids? It's not 1965. Aren't these people busy enough?

"Gonzalez is not currently employed as a peace officer within the state of Texas." That's all they say for now. He could be a police officer in some other state.

Massive lawsuit

Isn't this the pilot episode of Glee?

The sheepish grin of someone with an ugly soul. The most pathetic part being that THC vape pens are a pretty innocuous drug to begin with. And these poor, traumatized kids will probably need to use psychedelic drugs to cope with the trauma she caused them.

Her pictures give off a huge insecure vibe. She's trying too hard to look happy.

That cop should be ashamed of themselves but it's probably business as usual for them if they were willing to ruin a child's life like that. It's really sad how many stories and videos pop up of cops planting evidence and doing shady stuff to ruin people's lives. There's plenty of actual crime going on. Of course it's easier to create your own crime because doing actual police work takes some effort. The more arrests the cop gets the more promotions and pay they get. So of course the dishonest cops will be motivated to do this sort of thing because they know they can and will get away with it.
